Communication

Communication is important. That’s why we use confirmation and follow up emails to confirm moving times, moving dates and your satisfaction after the job. Also, expect a call when we’re on the way to your home.

Payment

Our minimum is 2 hours, and our hourly rate starts at arrival and stops as the last item is placed in your home. Don’t worry about paying exorbitant fees to cover the distance to and from our truck lot.

Convenience

We work 7 days a week, serve 48 states in the continental U.S. (via 3rd party freighter, EFS) and offer affordable travel fees.

We used cavalier moving for a fairly difficult move! A house full of stuff (an old city house over 100 years old) and 2 storage units at two different locations. They were the absolute best! Amazing! The three guys were awesome! Prompt, efficient, kind. It was July 1 (Churchill neighborhood, RVA) and 103 F! I can't remember their names, but I think they were Dahrron, Akeem and Jacob. I have over 1K books and they stacked them by weight & box size; impressive, and I didn't even ask. I needed help catching my cat and one of the guys knew how to scruff her like a vet tech; I am so grateful. Thank you guys so much.

We needed help unloading a POD. It was not a big job, but it was handled very professionally from the first phone call to the last box. Communication was clear and precise, and the movers were punctual and professional. Moving is stressful, but Cavalier took stress out of our lives, at a critical time, for an affordable price
