I was looking for a moving company that would handle the move of a small amount of boxes and furniture to my new residence and to my storage unit. The move was time and date sensitive because of the unfortunate nature of the move. I called several movers in the Richmond area to find my match. From my first contact to this survey Cavalier Moving has been helpful, friendly, professional, flexible, organized, and very careful with me, my items, and the move in general. They gave me ideas to save money on my move, accommodated a change on the move date, and did a great job on moving day protecting my items and safely moving them without damage. I also found their pricing fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Cavalier Moving to anyone looking for a top tier moving company. I wish them continued success over the years to come! Luke was one of the first reasons I chose Cavalier. He was very kind to me during my initial phone call. I am legally blind, once Luke heard that he set out to ask questions as to how he could make the process easier for me. Of the 7 companies I called Luke was the only one that did that. That may seem a small thing to you, it was a big thing to me and one of the reasons I leaned toward your company from the start. Luke is amazing to work with. He makes any issue fixable. He is a credit to your company. It was a privilege to work with him. I am in his debt!

They were professional and courteous. They made sure to check in with me through the whole process. They didn't complain or give any indication of annoyance when they saw that I was on the third floor with no elevator. They quickly set up their system and got to work. I will definitely use them again if I need to move, and I recommend them to everyone. 10/10 service.

My daughter had cavalier movers unload her items from NOVA to RVA. Wow!!! I’ve heard horror stories about movers, but these guys were top notch!! The three guys, Steph, Daniel and Xavier were amazing!!!! It was a very hot day and my daughter was moving to the third floor. These guys were so organized and had the greatest attitude! They were professional, courteous, and personable. I know it was extremely hard work and SO hot but they smiled, laughed and joked the whole time. They stayed in touch with my daughter to let her know what time they would arrive. I honestly don’t know how they moved everything so quickly either. They were careful with everything and put the items where they needed to go. I would highly recommend Cavalier Movers and want to give a big shoutout to the 3 awesome movers!! 5 stars for them!!

Steph, Daniel, and Xavier were exceptional! The weather conditions during my move were less than ideal: 90+ degrees in the early afternoon, however this team moved quickly and efficiently! They introduced themselves when they arrived and immediately got to work. They moved all my furniture for my 1 bedroom up a third floor walkup in under an hour (including some extremely heavy boxes). They were extremely friendly, had a great team dynamic and sense of humor, and all of my things arrived in my apartment in 1 piece. Highly recommend for future moves!
